Wrought-iron shop sign dating from the XIXᵉ century, retaining old traces of paint and gilding, the horizontal arm finished with urn motifs with scroll hooks designed to support a hanging sign, the central part adorned with a decorative medallion and scrolls, surmounted by a vertical arm pierced for fastening, an example of an urban advertising sign from the XIXᵉ century that could be displayed on a facade or as an interior decorative element. Details: origin Europe; period XIXᵉ century; material painted and gilded wrought iron; dimensions height 70 cm × width 120 cm; weight 3,750 g; condition old patina with traces of paint and gilding consistent with age.
