Pair of Elephant Bookends – Gero A rare pair of Art Deco bookends depicting two stylized elephants, designed by George Nilsson for the Dutch manufacturer Gero. Crafted from silver plated metal, the elephants feature bold geometric forms characteristic of the 1930s. Each bookend bears the “GERO HOLLAND” hallmark as well as the designer’s “GN” monogram.
