Wall Panel with Pelicans, Studio Cellini, circa 1950 An important rectangular wall panel made of hand-embossed and hand-chiseled copper, depicting three pelicans in flight in a dynamic composition. The birds, rendered in high relief, stand out against a finely incised background of swirling motifs evoking wind and movement. The surface features a nuanced patina in shades of brown, copper, and silver, enhancing the piece’s sculptural effect. An Italian piece by Studio Cellini, circa the 1950s, signed “Cellini” and bearing the original label “Studio Cellini – Handarbeit – Made in Italy” on the reverse. Dimensions: 43 × 82 cm.
