Meissen porcelain statuette depicting a winged putto, 20th century A charming porcelain statuette bearing the Meissen mark, depicting a winged putto dressed in an 18th-century-inspired costume. The child is depicted standing against a tree stump, wearing a tricorn hat adorned with a bow and holding a small gilded scepter. The attached wings, the polychrome palette of pink, black, and gold, and the gilded highlights attest to the care taken in creating this decorative composition.
