Émile Gallé, cameo glass vase with floral design, Art Nouveau, circa 1894-1904 Acid-etched and blown multi-layered glass vase, of slender form with narrow neck and swollen base, with a naturalistic decoration of stylized leaves and flowers in amethyst-brown tones set against a frosted background shading from amber to light opaline, acid-etched signature "Gallé" near the base corresponding to a production made during Émile Gallé's lifetime in his Nancy workshops between 1894 and 1904.
