Pair of silver torches resting on a tripod base with curved contours, decorated with rocaille cartouches, shells and foliate scrolls in relief, the baluster shaft with double bulge decorated with asymmetrical motifs in the Louis XV style, finished with a gadrooned spigot and a curved-edged bobèche; Brussels hallmarks for the year 1766 with master mark and title mark, "800" stamped on the base; homogeneous ensemble featuring meticulous chasing and rocaille decoration typical of 18th-century Brussels production.
