Pair of "Grand Tour" antique warriors in patinated metal on marble bases, late XIXᵉ - early XXᵉ century Pair of patinated metal sculptures (zamak-type alloy) representing two antique warriors, one holding a sword and shield, the other a spear and shield, topped with crested helmets and fitted with shields adorned with relief motifs, resting on rectangular marble bases; European production from the late XIXᵉ - early XXᵉ century in the taste of antique models circulated during the Grand Tour. Details: height of figures 32 cm and 34 cm (excluding spear); total weight approx. 5.55 kg; condition wear from use, irregular patina, small flaws and traces of oxidation, marble with minor marks and chips.
