Émile Gallé - Cameo glass vase, early posthumous period, circa 1904-1906 Acid-etched multi-layered glass vase, slender form with pedestal, green background shaded with amber and brown, decorated with floral and botanical motifs in relief obtained by superimposing and releasing the layers of glass, produced by the Gallé workshops shortly after the death of Émile Gallé in 1904, bearing the signature "Gallé" accompanied by a star in relief used during the early posthumous period under the direction of Henriette Gallé. Details: Manufacture Gallé, Nancy; circa 1904-1906; material acid-etched multi-layer cameo glass; height 21 cm; excellent condition with very slight traces of use, no chips or cracks.
